25. Sump not draining properly.
1. Self-cleaning screen blocked – remove, clean, and reinstall
properly.
2. Drain valve clogged – undo union exiting self-cleaning
screen, clear obstruction, and reconnect.
3. Drain time set too short – raise time until there is approxi-
mately 15 seconds past pressure drop (sound change) in
pump.
4. Plugged facility drain – rectify.
26. Unit not cleaning properly.
1. Temperature in excess of 195°F (91°C) – lower set-point
temperature.
2. Self-cleaning screen blocked – remove, clean, and reinstall
properly.
3. Drain valve clogged – undo union exiting self-cleaning
screen, clear obstruction, and reconnect.
4. Spray jets clogged – poke debris into jets, remove plugs
located at bottom of spray header, run spray manually, and
reinstall plugs.
5. Spray header jammed – verify inside cabinet for obstruction.
6. Drain time set too short – raise time until there is approxi-
mately 15 seconds past pressure drop (sound change) in
pump.
7. Too much soap – rinse with cold water and decrease usage.
8. Plugs in spray header missing – reinstall plugs.
