4. Pump runs for DRAIN TIME. This procedure is repeated until
sump is not filled within TNK DRAIN time.
5. Pump runs for DRAIN TIME.
NOTE: Draining acid tank can be aborted at any time by pressing
ACID TANK touch pad again.
4.8.6 Draining Cooldown
Tank
To drain Cooldown tank manually, proceed as follows:
1. From DRAIN Menu, press COOLDOWN TANK touch pad.
NOTE: If unit is provided with a controller-driven pH monitoring
system, water is neutralized prior to being drained.
2. Solution is cooled down (and Cool Down water valve energized)
for COOLDOWN TANK time. At the end of neutralization phase
(OPTION), tank is drained.
NOTE: Draining cooldown tank can be aborted at any time by
pressing COOLDOWN TANK touch pad again.
4.8.7 PUMP & DRV Function To operate recirculation pump(s) and carriage jet system manually:
1. From Manual Control, press CARRIAGE touch pad.
2. If sump is not full, it is filled.
3. When sump is full:
Recirculation pump(s) and carriage jet system start to operate
until PUMP & DRIVE is pressed again.
NOTE: Pump and drive operation can be aborted at any time by
pressing PUMP & DRIVE touch pad again.
4.8.8 DRIVE Function To operate carriage drive system manually:
1. From Manual Control Menu, press DRIVE touch pad.
2. Carriage oscillates until DRIVE is pressed again.
NOTE: When activating Drive function, note the following:
1) Carriage system can be activated even if a door is open.
2) Drive function can be aborted at any time by pressing DRIVE
touch pad again.
