touch pad to acknowledge alarm.
2. Acid neutralizer container empty – check and replace con-
tainer.
3. Improper neutralization injection time – check for injection,
waiting and mixing times in Service mode. Adjust as neces-
sary.
4. Improper number of pH tries – check number of pH tries in
Service mode and increase as necessary.
5. Improper pH limits – check for pH low and high limits in
Service mode. Adjust as necessary.
6. Acid neutralizer pump defective – repair or replace as nec-
essary.
7. Wrong chemical used – check and replace as necessary.
8. pH probe malfunction – check for calibration or replace as
necessary.
• Neutralization in Cooldown tank:
9. Mixing motor malfunction – check or replace as necessary.
• Neutralization in sump:
10. Self-cleaning screen clogged – remove debris from screen.
11. Pump suction strainer clogged – clean strainer.
12. Defective recirculation pump(s) – verify recirculation
pump(s), fuses, contactor. Repair or replace defective parts
as necessary.
13. Defective alkaline tank return ball valve (always open) –
repair or replace valve as necessary.
14. Defective acid tank return ball valve (always open) – repair
or replace valve as necessary.
15. Defective jet ball valve(s) (always closed) – repair or replace
valve as necessary.
16. Defective sump drain ball valve(s) (always open) – repair or
replace valve as necessary.
17. RTD compression fitting on pump, located in suction
pickup pipe is leaking air – check for leaks or correct instal-
lation as necessary.
