1. Press
ACK
touch pad to acknowledge alarm.
2. Drive clutch loose – tighten clutch to specification.
3. Spray headers hitting sealing strips covering vertical panel
joints – adjust headers as necessary.
4. Drive cable is loose or broken – tighten or replace cable as
necessary.
5. Drive motor not running – check or replace drive motor,
fuses or contactor as necessary.
6. Carriage switches malfunction – check or replace switches
as necessary.
Alarm is triggered by:
Drive forward switch Slot 1 in 6 and drive reverse switch Slot
1 in 7.

BATTERY LOW
... and printer prints:
ALARM HH:MM:SS
PLC CONTROLLER
BATTERY LOW
PLC Battery needs to be replaced.
1. Press

2. Replace PLC battery.
3. Replace CPU module.

2. Turn control power switch OFF then ON. If condition clears
from the control, unit can be used.

WASHER LOCKED
1. Turn key selector to INIT position and then return key selector
to UNLOCK position.

Washer key switch is in LOCK position.
