11.0 ELECTRICAL CONTROL BOX
11.1 Verify all sockets for proper seating of electrical components.* 12 x/yr
11.2 Inspect wiring, terminals and socket connections for damage or fraying.* 12 x/yr
12.0 AUTOMATIC DETERGENT INJECTION SYSTEM
12.1 Inspect and lubricate detergent supply and injection hose - Replace if necessary. 12 x/yr
12.2 Lubricate chemical injection pump rollers. 12 x/yr
12.3 Verify pickup tubes screen for debris - Clean as necessary.* 12 x/yr
12.4 Verify amount of detergent injected. 12 x/yr
13.0 OPTIONAL EXHAUST FAN
13.1 Grease fan bearings in two locations. 6 x/yr
14.0 SAFETY FEATURES
14.1 Verify warning plates inside wash chamber for legibility. If worn out, broken or no longer
legible, replace with new ones.

14.2 Test Emergency Stop cables for proper operation. 12 x/yr
15.0 FINAL TEST
15.1 Clean lint and dirt from components. 12 x/yr
15.2 Run unit through two cycles to verify proper operation - Verify all displays and printouts. 12 x/yr
15.3 Remove all test equipment installed for inspection. 12 x/yr
15.4 Install any panel or cover removed during inspection. 12 x/yr
15.5 Inspect work area and washer to ensure removal of all materials used during inspection. 12 x/yr
