5. Alarm sounds and screen
displays:
SUMP RTD FAILURE
and printer prints:
ALARM: HH:SS:MM
SUMP RTD FAILURE
Faulty RTD sensor in chamber sump.
1. Press ACK touch pad to acknowledge alarm.
2. Clean sump RTD sensor as necessary.
3. Press RESUME CYCLE touch pad to resume cycle operation.
4. If condition reoccurs, call STERIS.*
6. Alarm sounds and screen
displays:
SUMP FAILED TO REACH
TEMPERATURE
and printer prints:
ALARM: HH:SS:MM
SUMP FAILED TO REACH
TEMPERATURE
Steam supply valve not fully open.
1. Press ACK touch pad to acknowledge alarm.
2. Open building and washer supply valves.
3. Temperature set too high – decrease programmed temperature set
point.
4. Poor electrical connection between sump RTD sensor and control –
call STERIS.*
5. Low dynamic steam pressure – call STERIS.*
6. Faulty RTD sensor in chamber sump – call STERIS.*
7. Press RESUME CYCLE touch pad to resume cycle operation.
8. If condition reoccurs, call STERIS.*
7. Alarm sounds and screen
displays:
ALK. TANK
TOO LONG TO FILL
and printer prints:
ALARM: HH:SS:MM
ALK. TANK
TOO LONG TO FILL
Hot water supply valve closed.
1. Press ACK touch pad to acknowledge alarm.
2. Open building and washer supply valves.
3. Manual drain valve open – close valve.
4. Water level float ball malfunctions – verify operation of ball float.
Clean as necessary.
5. Building water supply pressure too low – increase supply pressure.
6. Press RESUME CYCLE touch pad to resume cycle operation.
7. If situation reoccurs, call STERIS*.
