Tools Required:
3/8” Drive Ratchet•
1/2” Socket •
Rubber Mallet•
Procedure:
Completely raise the bed. 1.
Unplug the bed power cord from the wall outlet. 2.
Position the brake/steer pedal to neutral. 3.
Using the 1/2” socket, remove the two bolts (A) holding the fifth4. wheel support (optional) or the lever support
(F, Figure 4.4 B, (without fifth wheel option) pg. 62) on the side of the defective pedal and lay the support down.
Keep the molded spacer (B).
Remove the pedal from the activation lever shaft. Use a rubber mallet if necessary.5.
Reverse the above steps to install the replacement pedal.6.
