COUNTRY WHITE BREAD
(BASIC/RAPID SETTING, NOT FOR TIMER)
1-1/4 cups Water
1-1/2 tsp. Salt
1 Large egg
1-1/2 Tbsp. Butter or margarine
4 cups All-purpose flour
1 Tbsp. Sugar
1 tsp. Quick-rise yeast
Measure all ingredients into bread pan in order listed. Select desired setting
(Basic or Rapid). Select crust setting if other than medium. Press the Start/Stop
button to begin. A Fruit/Nut signal will sound 25–40 minutes into cycle.
Bread is finished when the unit signals and the display reads 0:00.
Press Start/Stop button and remove.

OTE
: If button is not pressed right away the unit will keep bread warm
for 60:00 minutes.
HEARTY GARLIC BREAD
(BASIC/RAPID SETTING, TIMER OPTIONAL)
1-1/2 cups + 1 Tbsp. Water
3 Tbsp. Butter or margarine
1-1/2 tsp. Salt
3 cups All-purpose flour
1 cup Instant potato flakes
1-1/2 Tbsp. Sugar
2 tsp. Dried dillweed or chives (optional)
1 – 2 Crushed garlic cloves
1-1/2 tsp. Quick-rise yeast
Measure all ingredients into bread pan in order listed. Select desired setting
(Basic or Rapid). Select crust setting if other than medium. Press the Start/Stop
button to begin. A Fruit/Nut signal will sound 25–40 minutes into cycle.
