HERB BREAD
(BASIC/RAPID SETTING, TIMER OPTIONAL)
1-1/4 cups Water
1-1/2 Tbsp. Butter or margarine
1-1/2 tsp. Salt
3-1/2 cups All-purpose flour
2 Tbsp. Skim milk powder
1-1/2 tsp. Sugar
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. Dried parsley (optional)
1-1/2 tsp. Caraway seeds (optional)
1-1/2 tsp. Quick-rise yeast
Measure all ingredients into bread pan in order listed. Select desired setting
(Basic or Rapid). Select crust setting if other than medium. Press the Start/Stop
button to begin. A Fruit/Nut signal will sound 25ā40 minutes into cycle.
Bread is finished when the unit signals and the display reads 0:00.
Press Start/Stop button and remove.

OTE
: If button is not pressed right away the unit will keep bread warm
for 60:00 minutes.
ITALIAN BREAD
(FRENCH SETTING, TIMER OPTIONAL)
1 cup Water
1 tsp. Salt
1-1/2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
3 cups All-purpose flour
1/4 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. Sugar
2 tsp. Dried onion flakes
1 Tbsp. Dried parsley (optional)
1 tsp. Dried basil or Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. Garlic powder
1 tsp. Quick-rise yeast
Measure all ingredients into bread pan in order listed. Select French setting.
Select crust setting if other than medium. Press the Start/Stop button to begin.
