FRENCH BREAD
(FRENCH SETTING, TIMER OPTIONAL)
1-1/3 cups Water
1-1/2 tsp. Salt
1-1/2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
4 cups All-purpose flour
1 Tbsp. Sugar
1 tsp. Quick-rise yeast
Measure all ingredients into bread pan in order listed. Select French setting.
Select crust setting if other than medium. Press the Start/Stop button to begin.
A Fruit/Nut signal will sound 25 – 40 minutes into cycle. Bread is finished when
the unit signals and the display reads 0:00. Press Start/Stop button and remove.

OTE
: If button is not pressed right away the unit will keep bread warm
for 60:00 minutes.
YOGURT BREAD
(BASIC SETTING, NOT FOR TIMER)
1/2 cup + 3 Tbsp. Water
1/2 cup Yogurt
1-1/2 Tbsp. Butter or margarine
1-1/2 tsp. Salt
3 cups All-purpose flour
1-1/2 Tbsp. Skim milk powder
3 Tbsp. Sesame seeds (optional)
1-1/2 tsp. Quick-rise yeast
Measure all ingredients into bread pan in order listed. Select Basic setting.
Select crust setting if other than medium. Press the Start/Stop button to begin.
A Fruit/Nut signal will sound 25 - 40 minutes into cycle. Bread is finished when
