4.5 TURNING THE PRODUCT ON AND OFF
The main switch connects and disconnects the power to the product.
Turn on the product by pressing the main switch to the I position (ON).
The icons on the screen light up. If an exercise is not started within 30 seconds, the icons turn o󰀨
and the product goes in low-power mode.
Turn o󰀨 the product by pressing the main switch to the 0 position (OFF).
If it is not expected to use the product for some time, turn it o󰀨 at the switch and take the power
plug out of the wall socket.
WARNING: The switch turns the product on/o󰀨 but it does not isolate it from the mains
voltage, even if it is in the ‘0’ position (OFF). Take the power plug out of the socket to isolate the
product.
