7.1 GENERAL INFORMATION AND WARNINGS
7.1.1 NECESSARY TOOLS
The tools required to carry out all the disassembling, adjustment and maintenance oper-
ations on the equipment are given in the TG SERVICE TOOLS BOX LIST, available on
Technogym Direct and during the training course on the e-learning platform.
2.5mm- 3mm- 4mm- 5mm- 6mm- 8mm- 10mm hexagon key wrench;
8mm combination wrench, open and oset ring ends;
2x17 mm - 13 mm open end wrench;
Key wrench for Torx T25 head screw;
Slotted screwdriver;
Small/Medium-sized Phillips screwdriver;
Extension metal tube of about 77 cm;
Long nose pliers;
Ratchet with 8 mm-10 mm hexagonal socket;
Ratchet with socket for ring nuts;
Torque wrench set to: 5Nm- 6Nm- 9Nm- 10Nm- 16Nm- 22Nm- 38Nm- 40Nm- 44Nm- 60Nm-100Nm;
Card like credit card to remove casings;
Circlip pliers;
Soft-faced hammer;
TEN-SIT Belt Tension Meter or EASY TENSION Application only if installed on iOS Devices (with
externally connected microphone;
Two-leg universal pullers;
Generic grease;
MOLYKOTE W2 grease;
Loctite 270;
Cloth;
