During the reassembly procedure:
_Reassemble the belt under the pedal.
_Reassemble the belt (on the other side) without tighten the screw [55].
_Pedal to bring the pedal to the lowest position
_Adjust the belt, loosening/tightening the screw [57] (TOOL: 6mm hexagon key wrench) until
the measure between the pedal cut and the rear foot casing is equal to “d” on the basis of the
measurement taken before disassembly. The distance “d” should be equal to 127mm (TOOL:
Measuring tape)
_Tighten the screw [55]. (TOOL: 2x17mm open end wrench).

Remove all the necessary casings, without removing the lever of the pedal.

Remove the screw [58]. (TOOL: 8mm
combination wrench, open and oset
ring ends).
During reassembly, tighten
the screw [58] with a torque
wrench set to 5 Nm [3.7 lbf-
ft] ).
