Remove the pin [46] from the cable
[48].
Then remove the spring [47].
During the reassembly procedure:
_Grease the pin. (TOOL: MOLYKOTE W2 grease)
_Insert the cable [48] into the lever of the pedal. Then reassemble the spring and the pin. Keep
the pin pressed and reassemble the screw [45].
_Incline the lever to lower the cable by gravity. Then reassemble the lever [44] and tighten the
nut [43]
_Reassemble the circlip and the pedal following the aforementioned instructions in the reverse
order.
_Adjust the distance “d” between the pedal cut and the rear foot casing on the basis of the meas-
ure taken before disassembly. The distance “d” should be equal to 127mm. (TOOL: Measuring
tape)
