13. Position the second part of the frame near the
part that has already been assembled, as
shown in the figure.
14. Connect all the crossbars by inserting them
on the connecting posts of the frames,
starting from the lowermost crossbar which
is the longest one.
To facilitate this operation, when
moving the frame try to keep it as
perpendicular as possible to the floor.
15. Lock down the assembly using the screws
removed previously from the provisional
bars.
16. Next, take the barbell which is supplied fully
assembled.
