4.2.3. Fitting the transverse guide rail
Pass the torch height motor lead (complete with plug) through the main unit case, then place the
transverse rail in the horizontal plane, as shown in Figure 3, gently feed the rail in through the main
unit until the rack meshes with the drive gear in the main unit.
4.2.4. Fitting the torch height controller
Fit the torch height controller to the transverse guide rail using the four M5 × 10 Allen screws and
tighten.
