9.6.1.4.1. P-START [F3] a P-END [F4]
This feature lets the operator check the alignment trueness of the plate to the system. The torch is
moved to two positions along the nearest edge of the plate, the system software compensates for
the out of true orientation of the plate. To activate the process, move the torch to position 1, press
[F3] key then move the torch to position 2, press the [F4] key, the system will self-adjust to produce a
true cut. The on-screen information shows ROTATE in the Mode Status section, the actual degree of
offset is shown in the on-screen data.
9.6.1.4.2. Coordinates settings [F5]
Use key [F5] to access the coordinates settings function, scroll up/down and then [ENTER] for the
chosen option.
Zero all coordinates - This resets ALL “X” and ”Y” system and program coordinates back to zero.
Setup coordinates - With this function the operator can input new program coordinates, the X and
Y values can be input in the Mode/Status section. Press [ENTER] for the values to be stored.
9.6.1.4.3. Origin [F7]
This key allows to go back to manual mode menu.
9.6.1.5. Mach-0 [F4]
Pressing the [F4] key will zero the “X” and “Y” coordinate values in the system.
9.6.1.6. Rapid [F5]
The [F5} key is used to input a Feed Rate Override Ratio from 80% to 10%.
9.6.1.7. Prog-0 [F6]
Press [F6] key to zero the “X” and “Y” coordinate values at the actual stop point.
9.6.1.8. Return [F7]
Pressing the [F7] key will generate an on-screen prompt to speedily move the system back to its zero
point or the program sequence zero point. Pressing the [START] - [ENTER] key accepts the chosen
zero point; the system moves to that position.
