9.10.18. G41 – kerf left
This turns on the kerf compensation factor to the left of the cutting path.
9.10.19. G42 – kerf right
This turns on the kerf compensation factor to the right of the cutting path.
Note: Enter command code G00 Rapid Positioning for a short distance so as to check the kerf
compensation G41 G42 has been activated, the same process applies when cancelling the G40
function.
Format: G41 or: G42.
9.10.20. G28 – return to reference point (zero position)
This function is used to return the torch to the systems reference position, also called zero position.
The torch travels in the X – Y axes at the G00 maximum speed.
Format: G28 // Return to reference point.
9.10.21. G22 / G80 – cycle command (loop function)
The G22 code is used to start a cycle, input values L show the number of cycles to be executed, G80
ends the cycle.
Format: G22 Ln // Loop for L cycles
9.11. M - codes
9.11.1. M00 - stop
The M00 code is used to create a stop point within a program, if the stop function is activated, the
[START] key must be pressed to continue with the program.
9.11.2. M02 – program end
The M02 code is used to stop an auto run or end a program, G02 needs to be in the last line of the
program.
