9.4.1.6. System coordinates display
The coordinates displayed can be in Metric (mm) or Imperial (inches), to switch between settings:
See, Parameters-Control.
The CNC/Operator panel input keys are used to control the functions below.
[IGNITION] - Ignition function see M code M20
[PREHEAT OXYGEN] - open oxygen solenoid valve, See M code M24
[ACETYLENE OPEN] - open acetylene gas solenoid valve, See M code M10
[CUTTING OXYGEN] - open cutting oxygen solenoid valve, See M code M12.
[PIERCE] - pierce process control key, see M codes M71, M72, M73
The oxy fuel piercing process:
TORCHDN time - M71 timed process for lowering torch at the start of the oxy fuel cut.
PIERCEUP HIGH - M72 timed process for raising the torch at the start of the piercing.
PIERCEDN HIGH - M73 timed process for lowering the torch after piercing.
PLASMA CUTTING PROCESS - M07 starts the plasma cutting process.
- M08 stops the plasma cutting process.
[S↑] - TORCH UP.
[S↓] - TORCH DOWN.
9.4.1.7. Zoom function [key 1]
The zoom function is used to closely view the profile part cutting path. Press the [1] key to magnify
the part Image, press up to 3x for a maximum 8x magnification.
9.4.1.8. Return [key 2]
Returns image to original format.
9.4.1.9. Dry run [X]
Press the X-Key to initiate the Dry Run function, this allows the operator to check the exact
programmed torch path, the torch is not “Live” during this process. Pressing the X-Key again will
cancel the dry run.
