9.4.1.10. Speed [Y]
The speed function indicates the actual speed in Metric/Inch. The Feed ratio can be manually
adjusted using the [F] and [F] keys.
The speed can be manually entered, press the [F] key in the screen, at the top of the screen there is
an input option for a numerical value to be entered using the keypad.
9.4.2. Auto processing menu [MAIN MENU F1 (AUTO)]
A cutting program can be generated in the Library or inputting it in the Edit mode. A chosen
program can be initiated in the Auto mode. The system can run programs directly from the USB
stick, programs do not need loading into the systems memory.
9.4.2.1. Pierce point [F1 (SECTION)]
The Pierce Point function permits the operator to pick a pierce point from where the cutting process
can be re-started. Using function [F5], the operator can input the number of the chosen pierce point.
This function allows the operator to select a pierce point at which to re-start cutting. Pressing the
[ENTER] key, the system will automatically locate to the chosen pierce point and stop, this will enable
the process to be re-started.
9.4.2.2. Manual mode [F2 (MANUAL)]
The manual mode allows operator defined input and control.
9.4.2.3. Break point [F3 (BRK)]
By pressing the [START] Key, the system re-loads the last incomplete program, the on-screen image
shows a green cursor at the point where the program stopped. When the Break point is located, the
Mode/Status changes from Break/Auto to Break/Break.
