*BRIDGE LENGTH: length of bridge/tab.
*DISPLAY CO: do not change this parameter.
*SHOW KERF: cutting in Auto Mode, display the kerf offset. YES-”0”.
9.9.2. THC
The THC parameters are accessed in the SETUP menu by pressing the [F6] key.
THC TYPE: THC (the height controller) type, our machine always select 0(25J).
WATCH ARC FROM THC: “ Ok to move” signal from THC or Plasma power source (arc transfere
signal).
THC ENABLE: enable automatic torch height control - 0 / off; 1 / on
THC AUTO ENABLE: automatic start and stop during cutting - 0 / off; 1 / on
THC NUMBER: this number no function at our system, because our machine already installed the
height controller.
CAP VOLTAGE: dead band voltage: If the cutting voltage big than this set voltage during cutting,
the height controller will not work! (will freez height during jumps eg over kerf cutting.
ARC SET STEP VALUE: threshold when the THC will react for the change of cutting voltage -
precision of the THC adjustment.
