11. Warranty terms and conditions

Warranty terms and conditions:
The EX-TRACK
®
CNC Cutting System comes with a 12-month warranty cover against manufacturing
defects, it is valid only if the system has been used and maintained in accordance with the
instruction manual. The warranty is valid from date of invoice, and is not transferable. See the exact
terms and conditions of the warranty on the Bill of Sale or Invoice.
The warranty will not be valid if:
1. After purchasing, damage is caused by improper transportation or storage.
2. Incorrect electrical input supply.
3. No proof of purchase.
4. The warranty card does not match the device.
5. Damage is caused by acts of nature, or force majeure.
6. Damage caused by incorrect/unauthorized use.
7. Unauthorized repair/modifications to the EX-TRACK
®
CNC Cutting System.
8. Damage/failure caused by use of non Thermacut parts/components
