View the instrument log
Click Service4Instrument Log.
The instrument log is displayed.
Copy or export the instrument log
View the instrument log (see “View the instrument log” on page 84).

Click Copy all to copy the instrument log
The instrument log is copied to the computer clipboard and can be pasted into a text editor.
2.
Click Export, then navigate to a folder to export the instrument log.
The instrument log is saved as a CSV file.
Perform a system self-test (manual start)
Clear the instrument deck, empty the waste bin and place it on the instrument deck, then close the
instrument door.
The self-test checks the following items:
•
Connection to the instrument
•
Motion of the robotic tip handler on each of the three axes
•
Tip ejection

Click Service4Self-Test.
2.
In the System self-test dialog box, click Start test.
The system performs a self-test. The status of the self-test is displayed in the dialog box.
