Lower Glide Board to Level One.
Grasp legs behind the knees and pull knees
to chest while lifting neck and shoulders off
Glide Board.
Hold for 20~30 seconds and release.

Lower Back
Keeping your hips on the Glide Board, raise
chest off Glide Board.
Hold for 20~30 seconds and release.
