Glide Board Pulley : Disengaged
Front Thigh
Place feet shoulder-width apart on the
TOTAL TRAINER Leg Press Board with toes
pointed slightly out.
Bend knees to 90 degrees.
Push against TOTAL TRAINER Leg Press
Board to almost fully extended & repeat.
The Power Bar Handles can be used for
extra comfort.
OPTION: Add free weights to increase the
resistance.

Muscles Used:

Buttocks
Place feet shoulder-width apart at the top
of the Leg Press Board with toes pointed
slightly out.
Bend knees to 90 degrees.
Push against TOTAL TRAINER Leg Press
Board to almost fully extended & repeat.
