upper arm against side, Pull handle to body.

Resistance Rail.
Keeping elbow bent at 90 degrees and
upper arm against side, pull handle away
from the body.

Chest, Front Shoulders
Side Abdominals
Hold Handle with arm closest to Resistance
Rail.
Pull Handle out and across the body at chest
level past shoulder.
NOTE: It is recommended that low
