Muscles Used:
Glide Board Pulley : Engaged
Front Shoulders
Hold Handles with palms facing out.
Pull Handles out and up to shoulder level
and return.
NOTE: Keep arms slightly bent throughout
movement.

Under Arm Pull
Muscles Used:
Glide Board Pulley : Engaged
Outer Thighs
Hold Handles and sit at the top of the Glide
Board, facing the Resistance Rail.
Place feet on ropes outside of Pulleys.
Push feet out keeping arms still and return.

Abductor Push
Muscles Used:
Glide Board Pulley : Engaged
Back
Hold handles with palms facing in.
Pull handles out and back in an upward
motion to shoulder level and return.
NOTE: Keep arms slightly bent throughout
movement.
