TOTAL TRAINER EXERCISES Sit-Up Leg /Curl Strap + Pull-up /Press Bar
Muscles Used:
Glide Board Pulley : Disengaged
Hamstrings

Leg Curl
Safely secure feet with the Sit-Up/Leg Curl
Strap.
Place arms across waist.
With legs fully extended, pull against heel
rest, moving the Glide Board as far forward
as possible and slowly return.
NOTE: See page ?? for instructions on
setting up Leg Curl/Sit-Up Bar Strap.
Muscles Used:
Glide Board Pulley : Engaged
Hamstrings
Lower Back
Safely secure feet with the Sit-Up/Leg Curl
Strap.
Place arms across waist.
Slightly bend knees.
Keeping the Glide Board still, sit up until
lower back comes off Glide Board.

Back
Grasp Pull-Up/Press Bar handles with a
wide grip and palms facing down.
Pull body up until head reaches hand level
and return.
