Muscles Used:
Glide Board Pulley : Engaged
Back, Side Abdominals
Hold Handle with arm furtherest away from
Resistance Rail.
Pull Handle out and up in a diagonal motion
to shoulder level.
NOTE: It is recommended that low
resistance be used.

Tennis Backhand
Rear and Middle Shoulders
Muscles Used:
Glide Board Pulley : Engaged
Back, Rear Shoulders
Side Abdominals
Hold Handle behind you with both hands.
Keep arms slightly bent.
Rotate at the waist towards the Resistance
Rail and using your Oblique Abdominal
Muscles, pull the Handle so you rotate at the
waist in the other direction and return.
Keep hands at waist level.
