TOTAL TRAINER EXERCISES
Muscles Used:
Glide Board Pulley : Side Pulley Set-Up
Shoulders, Arms
Kneel on the Glide Board next to the Side
Pulleys and hold the Rope Handles with
back of hands facing up.
Simultaneously lift Rope Handles directly up
as high as possible.
Keep your arms as straight as possible.

Front Raise
Muscles Used:
Glide Board Pulley : Side Pulley Set-Up
Shoulders, Arms
Kneel on the Glide Board next to pulleys and
hold the Rope Handles with back of hands
facing forward.
Simultaneously lift Rope Handles directly up
to your chin with elbows high.
Do not move your body.

Upright Row
Muscles Used:
Glide Board Pulley : Side Pulley Set-Up
Shoulders, Arms
Kneel on the Glide Board next to Side
Pulleys and hold the Rope Handles with
back of hands facing up.
Simultaneously lift Rope Handles directly
out to sides as far as possible.
Keep your arms as straight as possible
