2.1 Pressure valve defective
(does not close due to dirt
desposits or wear at the
sealing ferrule)
2.2 Circulation under no
pressure, caused by valve
position or open pressure
valve
2.3 Leaks
2.4 Pump does not produce
the desired pressure as a
result of axial stress on the
pump shaft
2.5 Pump is defective or
worn out
2.6 Pump is drawing air
Clean pressure valve, if necessary
replacing damaged parts)
Close valve, and in the case of
solenoid valves, check the power
connection or check that the
voltage is correct. If necessary,
switch through using the
emergency manual override
Check screwed connections,
pipes and hoses
Check the coupling (pump shaft
must be free of axial pressure)
and change if necessary
Have the pump checked at the
works
Check suction pipe (see also 1.2
and 1.4)
