2 Warranty and liability
On principle our general trading conditions be valid. Acceptance of claims will be
impossible, if they are attributed to one of the following points
not intended use of the machine.
inappropriate assembly, line-up, operation and maintenance of the machine.
do not operate the machine with defective safety devices or correctly not
attached or functional safety and safety divices.
the not consider of the notes in the manual concerning feed, storage,
assembly, line-up, operation, maintenance and preparation of the machine.
arbitrary structural modifications in the machine, without consultation with the
manufacturer.
unsatisfactory monitoring of machine parts, which are subject to a wear.
inappropriately executed repairs.
Emergencies, by foreign effect and higher force.
