8.2 Bending with the machine
Before bending, all toolings must be adjusted in propper position.
Never operate the machine with partial or completely dismantle
safety devices!
DANGER OF SQUEEZING!
Never seize into opened tools. There is squeezing danger in the
clamping area of the machine.
The going back of the bend arm is connected with dangers, if a
person is between bend arm and basic frame.
Before each operating the machine must be in starting position!
8.2.1 Operating modes
The Machine has a manual and automatic operation mode. Selecting of the
operation modes is made by selector switch at the control panel.
The manual operation is suitable for setting up and for individual manufactures.
All functions of the machine can be driven in step by step operating by actuating the
push-buttons on the control panel.
The automatic operation is suitablefor mass production. The automatic cycle of the
machine can be driven in two steps over pusch button at the control panel or foot
panel.
