8.1 Setting-up and adjusting of the machine
After the machine is setting in operation the tools can be setting up and the machine
can adjusted for operating. For this
the bending tools must be inserted into the tool carrier
the machine must be adjusted to the tubing size
and the pressure settings must be adjusted.
There is squeezing danger with opened tools! Always go surely
that the machine is set out of operation.
It’s absolutely necessary that the tools are in accordance with the
diameter of the tube.
When mounting of the tools pay attention to absolute cleanliness!
The bending tools (up and contact surfaces) must be free of
lubricant and pollution, otherwise unintentional modifications of
the mass and forms can occur!
NOTE!
After a new instalation of the machine a test run should be
executed.
