1.0 Starting of the
machine is impossible
1.1 CEE-plug is unpluged.
1.2 Main switch is in position
(0) Off
1.3 The safety switch of the
motor is off.
Put the plug into the socket of the
house electric.
Turn the main switch to position
(1) On
Open the control panel and
switch on the safety switch
(only electrican)
2.0 All functions of the
machine are blocked
2.1 Motor of the hydraulic
aggregat rotate in wrong
direction (counterclockwise)
Open cabinet (only electrican),
deceive the connection (see
appendix: electric circuit diagram)
3.0 Hydraulic will not
turn on.
3.1 The safety switch of the
hydraulic is off.
Open the control panel and
switch on the safety switch
(only electrican)
4.0 Reset of the
emergency stop is
impossible.
4.1 The emergency stop
button is locked.
4.2 The emergency stop
function of the safety wire is
locked.
Unlock the emergency stop
function by pulling the button.
Unlock the emergency stop
function by pressing the button.
