Mandrel adjustment with ball mandrel (Option)
Basic adjustment at the cylindrical part and readjusting are analogous to the process
described above. Using a ball mandrel, however, it is possible to move the balls to
the cylindrical part. For this purpose remove counter nut behind the cylindrical part of
mandrel head, so you can adjust the cylindrical part of mandrel.
Balls must have enough free space to join to the bending tool. Besides do not leave
too much space between balls themselves or between ball and mandrel head (see
illustration on the next page).
