Controls
Linked Braking System
The front and rear brakes on the motorcycle are
linked.
Application of the front brake lever activates only the
front brakes.
Application of the rear brake pedal activates the rear
brake caliper fully, while simultaneously activating
one of the three pistons in each front brake caliper.
For maximum brake effectiveness, the front brake
lever and rear brake pedal should be applied
together, as you would with a conventional (non-
linked) brake system.
