4.03.08 Check the air filter
NOTICE
High pressure by high-pressure cleaner!
Damage of the air filter by power washer.
■
Never use compressed air or a high-pressure cleaner for cleaning
any casing part.
■
Clean the interior parts of the casing only with a moist, fibre-free
cloth.

Check the operating readiness of the air filter while the diesel engine is
running:
Start diesel engine and shortly rev up to maximum speed.

The air filter pilot light is not flashing on the information display: Air
filter cartridge [1] and the safety cartridge [2] are ready for operation.

Air filter pilot light flashing on the information display: Replace the air
filter cartridge [1] and/or the safety cartridge [2].
