Required materials
• Chemical-resistant, powder-free gloves
• Wash bottle containing HPLC-grade (or better) 1:1 methanol/water
•New seals
Warning: The seals can be contaminated with biohazardous
and/or toxic materials. Dispose of them according to local
environmental regulations.
