10.1 Safety instructions on LED lamps
Damage to LED spotlights
Improper installation and wiring can result in the LED lamps being damaged.
To ensure the proper functioning of the soft-start feature - which means full
brightness is reached gradually - never connect the LED lighting device when
energised. This also applies when replacing individual LED spotlights. Always wire up
the lamps with the power turned off and only then switch on using a 230 V AC power
supply voltage.
