Re-establish the power supply

10.20.3 Sequence failure
A sequence failure occurs, when a specified condition is not obeyed. The current active state is
not allowed and the state-machine activates the sequence fail state.
Another cause of a sequence failure can be that the timers for dosing start-up or maximum allowed
preparation time expire.
A sequence failure ignores a minor failure and Tier 2 SCR will disengage.
NOTE: In this case SCR shut-down is not requested.
