Other Settings
You can make other settings relating to the scanner feature specification.
Scan Service
Set whether or not to use the scanner feature.
Memory Full Procedure
While scanning an original, if there is insufficient hard disk space for the scanner, a screen
appears, asking how the partly stored data should be handled.
Once a certain time has elapsed with the confirmation screen displayed, the subsequent
processing is determined by these settings.
You can set the time until the memory full procedure is carried out. For more information, refer to "Auto
Job Release" (P.268).
îš„Cancel Job
The stored data is discarded.
îš„Run Job
The stored data is processed.
Maximum Stored Pages
Set the maximum number of scan pages that the machine can store. You can specify a value
in the range of 1 to 999.
TIFF Format
Set the TIFF format for scan data. You can select [TIFF V6] or [TTN2].
Image Transfer Screen
Select whether to display a message when scanning of an original is completed.
îš„Disabled
Does not show a scan completion message.
îš„Display Message Only
Shows a scan completion message.
îš„Display Message and Screen
Shows a screen while original is being scanned, and also shows a scan completion message.
