Hold the booklet staple cartridge by
its left and right tabs, and then lift
the cartridge to remove.

Remove the jammed staples as
shown in the figure.

Holding the booklet staple cartridge
by its left and right tabs, return the
cartridge to its original position, and
then gently push the cartridge in
until you hear it click into place.

Return the unit to its original
position.
7
Close the front cover of the finisher.
Note • If you do not completely close the front cover, the machine will display a message and not
resume operation.
If you cannot remove jammed staples even after you use the above procedure, contact
our Customer Support Center.
