Either - for Windows
-Click the Run button.
-Click the Run button.
-Click the Accept button to accept the license agreement.
- If required, select the Browse button and choose a destination to save the driver files.
-Click the Install button.
- Select the Add a local printer option.
- Select the Create a New Port radio button.
-Select Standard TCP/IP Port from the Type of port dropdown menu.
- Select the Next button.
- Use your keyboard to type the IP address of your device into the Hostname or IP
address entry box.
- Uncheck the Query the printer and automatically select the driver to use
checkbox.
- Select the Next button.
- Select your device from the list of devices.
- Select the Next button.
- If required, use your keyboard to enter an printer name or update the default printer
name in the Printer name entry box.
- Select the Next button.
- Select the Do not share this printer radio button.
- Select the Next button.
- If required, check the Set as the default printer checkbox.
-Click the Finish button.
Or - for Mac
- If required, click the Run button.
-Click the Open With button.
- Click your default option from the dropdown menu.
- Select the OK button.
- Double-click the Xerox Print Driver icon.
- If required, click the Continue button on the security warning message.
-Click the Continue button in the Xerox Printer Installer window.
-Click the Continue button to accept the license.
-Click the Agree button.
- If required, select the Change Install Location button and choose a destination to
save the driver files.
-Click the Install button.
- Select your device from the list of devices.
- If the device is not in the list click the
IP address or DNS icon button.
- Use your keyboard to type the IP address into the IP address or DNS entry box.
-Click the Continue button.
-Click the Continue button.
- If required, check the Set Printer as Default checkbox.
-Click the Continue button.
- Select the Close button.
