CseJtag Tcl Commands
Returns
A buffer that is full of the data that is shifted out of the TDO pin of the JTAG TAP.
An exception is thrown if the subcommand fails.
Example
This function shifts in 11 ones into the data register of the device at index 1, captures the 11
bits of received data, and navigates to the Run Test Idle state when finished.
