Xilinx JTAG Programming Cable Troubleshooting
This section describes how to determine if your Xilinx JTAG programming cable is
connected correctly and how to troubleshoot common Xilinx JTAG (Joint Test Action
Group, IEEE standard) cable connection issues. Here is a list of issues that are covered in
