Software Considerations
The Zynq-7000 XC7Z015 device is not supported in the ISE Design Suite and you should not
use the Zynq-7000 XC7Z030 device in the SBG485 package in an attempt to migrate to a
Zynq-7000 XC7Z015 device in the ISE Design Suite. You must use the Vivado Design Suite to
migrate from the Zynq-7000 XC7Z030 device in the SBG485 package to the Zynq-7000
XC7Z015 device.
