6 Servo gain adjustment
6.1 Overview of servo gain adjustment
6.1.1 Overview and process
The servo driver needs to drive the motor as fast and accurately as possible to track the
instructions from the upper computer or internal settings. In order to meet this requirement, the servo
gain must be adjusted reasonably.
Servo gain factory value is adaptive mode, but different machines have different requirements for
servo responsiveness; the following figure is the basic process of gain adjustment, please adjust
according to the current machine status and operation conditions.
