Manipulator timing belt is
blown.
Move the manipulator in teach mode to the position where there is no
torque on the driving belt.
(1) Check the timing belt tension.
(2) Check the wiring between manipulator and the machine safety unit
(YSF22 board).
other If the alarm occurs again, save the CMOS.BIN in maintenance mode,
and then contact your Yaskawa representative about occurrence
status (operating procedure).
