8 Error from welder 8. Arc welding power source
error
(1)Check the ambient temperature (40 degrees centigrade or less) and
operational ratio (60%).
(2) Check if there are dust, dirt, and clogging on the dust protective
filter. Clean or replace the dust protective filter if necessary.
(3)In case of RL350, Check the thermal guard (Item No.410).
other If the alarm occurs again, save the CMOS.BIN in maintenance mode,
and then contact your Yaskawa representative about occurrence
status (operating procedure).
102 The temperature in the
primary control circuit
exceeds the specified value of
the welding source.
